Jonas Lindström is a technology leader with nearly twenty years of experience from companies including Volvo Cars, Spotify, Electronic Arts and NetEnt. He has led engineering organisations through modernisation, platform shifts and organisational change.
That experience sets the bar for how we work. When the storm hits, you need calm and direction: understand what is actually happening, tackle problems in the right order and take ownership of the whole picture. The leadership is unpretentious.
